Mayhem Mansion

Mayhem Mansion is a game running on the zdoom engine, developed by Darsycho. It is inspired by an obscure FPS game known as "Exploding Lips" and uses many resources from the game.

Weapons

Weapon (Slot)	Fire	Alt fire
Sword (Slot 1)	Fast melee attack	Throw boomerang, killing enemies with it will always drop gold. Uses no ammo, useful for hitting targets without using ammo.
Bombs (Slot 1)	Throw bomb, can deal extreme damage to certain enemies. (Skeletons, trolls, TV men, bats & anvil bats, Dr. face and Prof. Rostro, books, all lip enemies, obakes, shady hands, and overminds)	Drops a bomb trap, lure enemies into it! You can also use your sword to pick the bomb back up.
Scattergun (Slot 2)	Fast firing, but inaccurate at far range	Stronger, more expensive fire, has recoil, even more inaccurate.
Rifle (Slot 2)	Rapidfire projectile attack.	Switches to sniping mode, which is faster but more expensive.
Arbalest (Slot 3)	Shoot iron bolt, if it hits a wall or ground, it can be picked up to use again.	Using magic, shoots mines, a basic accurate magic attack.
Staff (Slot 3)	Shoots a somewhat weak laser that pierces through enemies, so you can take out multiple enemies with one shot if they're standing behind one another.	Throws a trap that stuns enemies if they get near. Can help you line up your targets for the staff's primary fire.
Magic Scrolls (Slot 4)	Fires current spell. Spells can also solve certain puzzles.	Switches between Explosion storm FlowerPot, Monkey Swarm, and Ice Anvil spells.
Ammo Combiner (Slot 4)	Fires current spell. Strongest, most expensive, and rarest weapon. Combines two ammo types for a powerful spell. You can also combine all ammo types, including bombs, to shoot an ultimate projectile of utter mayhem!	Switches between spells. (Check it out for yourself!)

Inventory Items & Powerups

Item	Use
Mine Man	Summons an ally mine man to help you. Upon spawning, mines will shoot everywhere. Can carry up to 9.
Toilet	Shoots 7 projectiles that will morph enemies (except bosses and high tier enemies) into harmless objects. Can carry up to 9.
Yellow Potion	Heals 75 health whenever you need it. Can carry up to 9.
Totem	Summons an allied immobile totem that can blow enemies sky high. Can only carry 3 of this.
Kegan	Summons an extremely powerful and fast barbarian to aid you. Can only carry 1 of this.
Billymorph	Temporarily morph into a billycopter with powerful lasers and 600 health, but no flight. Can only carry 1 of this.

Backpack	Powerup. Upon pickup, your maximum ammo capacity will be increased, as well as providing some ammo.
Super Boomerang	Powerup. Upon pickup, you can shoot tons of boomerangs quickly with your melee weapon. (Slot 1)

Thingman	Behaves the same as the Doom 2 pinky demon, can also jump down from ledges.	Boomerang
Television man	Shoots a single static projectile at you. Constantly emitting static noise.	None
Killer alien lips	Spits land mines at you which are affected by gravity.	None
Dr Face	A stronger version of the killer alien lips.	Pellets
Malevolent book	Flying book that shoots projectiles made of paper, has the ability to teleport closer to their target.	None
Eyeball Monster	Flying eyeball that shoots slow homing projectiles.	None
French toast man	Flying melee enemy who charges at their target when low on health.	None
Troll	Large melee enemy who splits into three mini versions of itself upon death. Mini trolls are weak against boomerang.	Arrows
Head bat	Small bat who charges at their enemy, rarely seen alone.	Boomerang, Arrows
Wizard Toy	Mini-boss enemy, shoots several static projectiles, then after a small delay shoots land mines which aren't affected by gravity.	Magic
Prof. Rostro	A stronger version of the Dr face that shoots land mines which aren't affected by gravity.	Pellets
Billy Copter	Flying enemy that has dual laser shooters.	Magic
Anvil Bat	Large bat who throws anvils at the player	Magic
Television man ghost	A near-silent version of the television man.	None

Monster	Description	Weakness
Umbra Glob	Deadly melee attacks, can teleport similarly to Malevolent books, they have a high pain chance so they're vulnerable to your sword and rifle. Usually never alone.	Pellets
Lady Lips	Shoots a projectile which upon impact does constant radius damage for a few seconds.	Pellets
Toaster	Spawns temporary french toast men. Cannot move.	None
Obake	Summons a projectile spawner right next to the player, takes a second or two to shoot projectiles in random directions. Can revive most monsters (None of the high tier ones though).	None
Giant Lips	Glass cannon enemy. Shoots Explosion storm FlowerPots at you thrice, the same your magic scrolls have. Magic, especially crossbow's altfire, can easily kill these.	Magic

Skeleton	Has a second life, first life is a projectile shooter with an unusual zigzag movement and the second life is a very deadly melee attacker	Pellets
Shady Hands	Deadly melee enemy with the ability to pass through walls. Spews harmful ooze upon death.	Pellets

Monster	Description	Weakness
Jonny Tank	Incredibly deadly ground version of billy copter, shoots rockets and throws landmines when player is close. Nearly immune to arrows.	Magic
Overmind	Flying enemy that shoots projectiles that curse you, making you take extra damage while cursed. Nearly immune to magic.	Arrows
Raging Ocular	Super version of the eyeball monster, shoots homing projectiles that are much more difficult to avoid	Pellets

Monster	Description	Weakness
Lightning lemon	Almost never alone, small flying enemies floating up and down incredibly fast, shoots lightning and spawns lightning on pain, rapid fire weaponry not recommended.	Arrows
Lourd Outlaw	Tough enemy, floating weight, shoots bullets that can be destroyed, destroying will hurt the Lourd, will get angry when shot by weapons and shoot like crazy. Nearly immune to all ammo types. If done correctly, you can defeat one without using any ammo at all.	Only hurt by destroying it's shootable projectiles
Ice man	Tougher variant of thingman, breathes out frost which slows the player to a crawl, very dangerous when encountered with other monsters.	None
Skelecopter	Stronger undead version of Billy copter, can continuously shoot red lasers until you are out of sight, and summon mini skelecopters that shoot bullets in front of them. Nearly immune to pellets.	None

Monster	Description
Wallmaster	A giant hand that fall from the ceiling, if it catches the player it begins squishing him dealing extreme amounts of damage.
Shadow	Essentially a living projectile, an animated shadow which charges after the player, passing through walls, damages the player upon contact then dies.
Turret	Static turret which shoots random projectiles from various enemies.
Cauldron	Static cauldron that tosses potions towards you, spawning thingman when it hits the floor.
